Discounted accommodation rates have been negotiated with the Hilton Adelaide for delegates attending the 2020 AASE National Conference. In order to qualify for these rates, delegates must book their accommodation through GEMS Event Management Australia, via the online registration page or by sending an email to registration@gemsevents.com.au.

Payment Terms
All accommodation accounts are payable net 21 days from date of invoice. If you are booking within 60 days of your arrival, you are required to settle your account in full before your booking can be confirmed with the hotel.
Cancellation Policy
Accommodation cancellations received within 60 days of the arrival date will incur a fee equivalent to 100% of the cancelled accommodation. No refunds will be made for non-attendance and any unpaid accommodation fees will still be payable.
