Call for Abstracts
On behalf of the 2020 AASE National Conference Committee, it is our pleasure to invite you to participate in the 2020 AASE National Conference to be held at the Hilton Adelaide from Wednesday 9th to Friday 11th September, 2020.
The theme for the 2020 Conference is: Looking Through the Kaleidoscope
As we look through the kaleidoscope of education, practice bring an array of diverse pedagogical frameworks that underpin all student learning and well being within each conference stream. The foci of the five streams of practice seeks to promote continuous improvement in student engagement and achievement for learning and to apprise best teaching practice in a range of education settings for students with diverse learning needs.
Type of Submissions
The Conference Organising Committee aims to create a Conference program with a mix of the following presentation types:
- Refereed Papers (30 minutes)
- Concurrent Presentations (30 minutes)
- Workshops (45 minutes)
- Poster Display
Presentation Topics
The Conference Organising Committee are seeking submissions related to the following Conference streams:
- Collaborative Practice
- Classroom Practice
- Research and Practice
- Wellbeing and Practice
- Innovation and Practice
Important Dates
Call for Submissions due by
Friday, 21st February, 2020
Authors will be advised of the outcome of their submission by
Monday, 6th April, 2020
Authors to return their Acceptance of Invitation to Present Form by
Monday, 20th April, 2020
Final Refereed Papers for Publication in the AASE Journal are due by
Friday, 29th May, 2020
Final PowerPoints are due by
Wednesday, 2nd September 2020
